摘要
普通话水平测试培训课程的主体构成应至少包括施训主体、受训主体和管理主体三者。施训主体研究应包括能力构成、心理构成和角色构成等方面。受训主体研究不仅应关注他们的心理状态,更应该研究他们的实体差异。在市场化和正在逐步推广的计算机辅助测试的背景下,我们尤其需要发挥管理主体的职能。普通话水平测试培训课程的主体构成研究,有助于明确课程主体的角色与功能,推动测试员队伍建设,完善培训实践;有助于丰富和深化培训课程理论体系研究;有助于贯彻"文化兴国"的战略构想,将全民语言素质教育工作落到实处。
The subject Constitution of training facilities should include at least the training subject, the trained subject, and the managing subject. The training subject studies should include the ability to constitute psychological makeup and role constitute. The trained subject studies research should not only focus on their psychological state, but also their physical differences. In the context of market-oriented and Computer Aided Test was gradually extended, we need to play the main functions of management. The research of Putonghua Proficiency Test training courses subject can help to clear the roles and functions of the main courses, to promote the testers team building, improve training practice; help to enrich and deepen the study of the theoretical system of training courses; contribute to the implementation of the "Culture and rejuve- nating" strategic concept, so the universal language of quality education are implemented.
