The building with 248.9m height is an irregular out-of-codes super tall building, which includes many inclined columns, two stories with outriggers and belt trusses, and some big openings in the middle floors. Columns, which pass through several floors in the bottom and the top of the building, are more than 40m. Moreover, the super tall building strides across a railway station and a shield tunnel. The design factors of analysis process and seismic measures under different seismic actions were introduced for reference.
