丁字焊缝残余应力分布及振动消除应力的研究

A Distribution of Residual Stresses in T Weld and Its Vibration Stress-Relief

本文采用 X 射线衍射法测定了丁字焊缝试板中的残余应力.根据大量的试验数据,找到了沿焊缝方向和垂直焊缝方向上,几个典型截面上的纵向和横向残余应力分布的一般规律;将丁字焊缝试板进行振动时效处理,再在原测点位置测定其残余应力的变化.试验结果发现,丁字焊缝试板上各测点的残余应力有所下降,其原始残余应力愈人,则下降率愈大,且应力分布趋于均匀化.

Residual stresses in a test plate with T weld is measurod by X-ray technique.According to a vast amount of test data,a general distribution law of longitudinal and transverse residual stresses on several typical sections is obtained.Then the test plate with T weld is treated by vibration stress-relief and residual stresses are measured again in order to discover a change of the residual stress distribution.The test results indicate that residual stresses in the test plate with T weld descend,the higher its original residual stresses are,the greater the descending rate is,and the stress distribution tends to homogenization.
