诸葛亮是一位颇具经济才干的政治家。他注重发展生产 ,主张薄赋轻敛 ,提倡节俭 ,反对官吏营治私产 ,对蜀汉政权的经济发展做出了卓越贡献。但一场不合时宜的大规模基建 ,贻误了战机 ,使蜀汉政权遭受到致命的重创 。
