摘要
介绍了白酒降度后,容易产生混浊的物质及特性。并根据自制的实验流程和膜组件及在膜组件上的活性炭预涂进行去除低度白酒中杂质的过滤实验。分析了不同孔径的膜,在不同压力时的过滤速度变化;相同压力时,不同孔径的膜过滤速度的变化;并检测了过滤后低度白酒的透光值和色谱检测值,得到了降低浑浊度的相关结论。
