摘要
本文对高碳钢和合金工具钢进行了 B-Cr-Ti 共渗的试验研究.用金相显微分析、电子探针微区分析和 X 射线衍射分析方法对5种钢的 B-Cr-Ti 渗层进行了化学成分、相结构及显微组织分析.同时对 B-Cr-Ti渗层的性能进行了研究.B-Cr-Ti 共渗与 B-Ti 共渗相比较,B-Cr-Ti 渗层具有高的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性,可应用于刀具和模具.
A trial study of borochromtitanizing of high carbon steels and alloy tool steels is done.Analyses chemi- cal composition,phase structure and microstructure of borochromtitanizing coating of 5 tool steels by metallographic analysis,EPMA and X-ray diffraction analysis.Studies simultaneously the properties of borochromtitanizing coating.Borochromtitanizing compared with boronizing,borochromtitanizing coatimg has high hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,and is available to the making of tools and dies.
