稀土元素硼化物的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 稀土元素硼化物具有特有的机械、热和电等优良特性,特别是功函数小、硬度大、熔点高、导电率高、杨氏模量高、热稳定性好、化学稳定性高等特点。能满足场发射性能要求的较低的开启电场和阂值电场,较大的场发射增强因子和稳定的发射电流等优良特性。该材料广泛用于工业及国防工业的各个领域。从稀土元素硼化物的概念出发,介绍了稀土元素硼化物的特性、应用和国内外的研究进展,简述了二元、三元稀土元素硼化物主要产品及其合成方法,对我国稀土元素硼化物今后的研究方向和重点内容提出了建议。 Rare earth borides have good mechanical, thermal and electrical properties, especially have small work func- tion, high hardness,high melting point,high conductivity,high Yang's modulus, good thermal stability and good chemical sta- bility. They can meet the requirements of lower turn - on voltage, lower threshold field, high field enhancement factor and sta- ble emission current for field emission. The materials are widely used in civil and military fields. Characteristics, applications and research development of rare earth borides were introduced in this paper. Main products and synthetic methods of rare earth boride were summarized. Research direction and focus of China' s rare earth boride were discussed.
