摘要
超高性能水泥基材料是继高强、高性能混凝土之后,出现的一种力学性能、耐久性能都非常优越的新型建筑材料。本文通过大量试验,分析水胶比、粉煤灰、养护条件对超高性能水泥基材料抗压强度的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)来探究矿物掺合料(主要是粉煤灰和玻璃粉)对硬化浆体微观形貌及水化产物影响的微观机理。研究结果表明:超高性能水泥基材料的强度随水胶比的减小而增大;粉煤灰可以作为掺合料加入超高性能水泥基材料中,能改善RPC微观结构,提高其性能;高温蒸养可显著提高超高性能水泥基材料的强度。
The ultra--high performance cement--based material comes after tbe high- strength and high performance concrete, which is a new kind of building material with ultra high mechanical properties and durability. In this paper, a lot of tests have been done to study the impact of water--binder ratio, fly ash,curing condition on the strength, and the microscopic mechanism by using scanning e leefron microscopy (SEM). The testing results show: the strength of ultra--high performance cement- based material increases with the decrease of water--binder ratio; fly ash can be used as admixtures and can improve its microstructure and properties; the high tempera- ture steam curing can improve its strength.
