摘要
大学教师中团队协作精神的弱化 ,会给高校的发展带来不利影响。团队协作精神是高校教师事业人生理性品质和精神生活的需要 ,是多学科交流融合以成大事的需要 ,是避免个人片面性而更好地获得真理性认识的需要。当前强化团队协作精神 ,应找到面临的主要问题 。
