摘要
在对国外高校考察和调查研究的基础上 ,对中外高校青年教师师资队伍建设的管理、培训、聘任、奖惩以及素质教育等方面进行了分析比较 。
WT5”BZ]On the basis of studies and investigations of higher educational institutions abroad,the authors make an in depth analysis and comparison of the management,training,hiring,systems of reward and penalty and quality control systems of young teaching staff in China and abroad.The authors also expose the need for improvement and recommend possible measures.
