计量泵远程监控组态软件设计

Design of Configuration Software in Metering Pump Remote Monitoring System

计量泵被广泛应用于流体工业中,结合具体的计量泵网络化监控系统,为实现在上位机端对工业现场计量泵的远程监控和协调调度设计了一套软件系统。软件主要由数据服务器和可视化监控组态平台组成。数据服务器是监控软件与现场数据的交换中介;监控组态软件是主要的人机交互接口,直观地再现工控现场。数据服务器采用Java开发,包括通信实现、数据分析和交换、数据管理等功能模块;监控组态平台采用Qt开发,分为节点组态、矢量制图、属性组态、操作组态、策略组态等模块,着重实现图形界面系统组态模块。调试结果表明,该软件系统能够应用于计量泵远程监控系统中。

Metering pumps are widely used in fluids industry.Combining with metering pump network monitoring system,this paper designs a software system to achieve remote monitoring and coordination of Metering pumps on the computer.The software contains two parts：data server and visualization platform.The data server is interaction center of software and industrial field.Supervisory and control configuration software is the main human-computer interaction interface,reproducing IPC scene.The data server is developed with Java,including communication,data analysis and exchange,data management and other functional modules.Monitoring configuration platform is developed with Qt,divided into node configuration,vector graphics,property configuration,operation configuration,policy configuration,focusing on realizing graphical configuration system.Test results indicate that the software system can be used in remote monitoring and coordination of Metering pumps.
