摘要
本文用金相、显微硬度、X 射线、电子探针等多种分析技术研究了铸造金属纤维强化铝合金复合材料时所形成的界面组织、成分和结构,并探讨了界面层的形成机理.结果表明:界面内层为 Fe_2Al_5柱状晶组成的扩散层,界面外层为 FeAl_3(Sn)+Al 所组成的凝固层.
The composition,micro-structure of the interface in casting aluminum alloy composite reinforced with metal fibre have been studied by means of multiple analysis technique including metallography,micro-hardness test,X-ray diffraction,electron probe micro-analysis,the formation mechanism of the interfacial layer has also been inquired into.The experimental results show that the inner inteffacial layer is a diffusion layer constituted of independental phase of Fe_2Al_5 columar grain,the outer interfacial layer is a solidication layer constituted of FeAl_3(Sn)+Al.
