Overall Framework Based on Rich Client in E-government

以某机关事务管理局电子政务项目为例,对电子政务项目建设过程中的基于Web富客户端技术电子政务业务实现进行阐述。结合电子政务特点以及国内电子政务现状,探讨如何在B/S体系下对政府门户网站、内网协同办公平台、应用支撑平台等分散的政务系统进行有效的整合,充分利用现有富客户端技术和思想丰富B/S结构的展现形式,实现一个功能完善、操作灵活、易于使用的客户端系统架构。

This paper presents implementation of e-government base on Web rich client Example of the government offices administration project.According to the features and the actual state of e-government in China,made an approach to how to integrate with goverment portal Web,intranet platform and application platform effectively based on B / S structure.Made the best of rich client and B / S structure to implement the overall framework of e-government.
