摘要 通过对飞剪控制系统的飞剪剪刃定位进行分析以及对直流调速装置的原理和控制方法进行剖析,对调速功率单元进行了改进,给出了一种基于多H桥双向功率变换器的硬件拓扑结构的控制方案。在控制算法上,对飞剪电机采用抛物线的控制算法,使得剪刃能够更快更准确的定位。 This paper analyzes the positioning of fly blade cutting of the control system of the flying shear and the principle and control method of the device of DC-speed control.The power unit is improved.The new control scheme of hardware the topological structure wl^ich is based on two-way power converter H bridge is given.In the control algorithm,a parabolic con- trol algorithm which apply the motor of the flying shear is instead of linear control algorithm.It makes the shear blade being quicker and more accurate positioning.
