摘要 为更好评估运动对人血清瘦素的影响,检索其相关文献,对符合纳入标准的文献作元分析,即将不同的研究进行定量的统计学处理。结果表明:运动对人血清瘦素水平的改变具有显著性影响,而且其干预效果可能跟年龄有关,少儿组最显著;抗阻运动会降低人血清瘦素水平,但其效果受能量支出和采样时间的影响;单次有氧运动对人血清瘦素水平没有急性的影响。 In order to better assess the impact of exercise on human serum leptin, the authors retrieved related literature, and performed a meta-analysis on the suitable literatures according to inclusion standards, that was, carried out a quantitative statistical analysis of the different researches. The results showed that exercises have a significant impact on the change of human serum leptin levels, and the intervention effect may be related to age. The most significant effect was on the children" s group. Resistance training led to a decrease of serum leptin levels, but its effect was influenced by the energy expenditure and the sampling time. One single aerobic exercise doesn't have acute effect on human serum leptin levels.
