摘要
目的探讨胰腺癌组织中ABCG2和MRP-1的表达及其临床意义,为肿瘤筛查、抗癌药物选择及MDR抑制剂因子药物研究提供依据。方法用免疫组化方法研究98例胰腺组织中ABCG2、MRP-1的表达,应用SPSS软件分析二者表达与胰腺肿瘤患者的临床病理特征的关系。结果 ABCG2在胰腺癌、胰腺良性肿瘤及正常胰腺组织中的阳性率分别为53.62%、18.18%、16.67%,其在胰腺癌中表达较两对照组差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);而MRP-1在胰腺癌、胰腺良性肿瘤及正常胰腺组织中的阳性率分别为62.32%,18.18%,27.78%,其在胰腺癌中表达较两对照组差异同样存在计学意义(P<0.05);二者表达均与肿瘤大小相关,而MRP-1表达尚与肿瘤分化相关;在胰腺癌组织中ABCG2与MRP-1表达呈正相关(rs=0.489,P=0.044)。结论 ABCG2与MRP-1在胰腺癌组织中表达与肿瘤生长与分期相关,其表达对预后具有意义。
【Objective】To discuss the expression and clinical significance of ABCG2 and MRP-1 in pancreatic cancer tissue,which develop in the area of cancer screening,anti-cancer drug selection and the MDR inhibitor drugs research.【Methods】Use immunohistochemical methods to study ABCG2,MRP-1 expression in the pancreatic tissue,involved in 98 cases(69 cases of malignant tumors,11 benign and 18 cases of normal tissue),and analyze both expression and pancreatic cancer patients pathological features with SPSS software.【Resluts】ABCG2 positive rate of pancreatic cancer,pancreatic benign tumor and normal pancreatic tissue were 53.62%,18.18%,16.67%,the pancreatic expression compared with two control groups has statistically significant difference(P &lt;0.05);MRP-1 positive rate of pancreatic cancer,pancreatic benign tumor and normal pancreatic tissue were 62.32%,18.18%,27.78%,its count significance(P &lt;0.05) compared with two control groups;Both expression were cordianted with tumor size,MRP-1 expression is also cordianted with tumor differentiation;ABCG2 in pancreatic cancer tissues and MRP-1 expression was positively correlated(rs = 0.489,P = 0.044).【Conclusion】ABCG2 and MRP-1 expression in pancreatic carcinoma is associated with tumor growth and staging,which is meaningful in prognosis.
