参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效观察

The Effect of shenxiong injection on pafients with chronic kidney disease

目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肾脏病的临床疗效。方法慢性肾脏病患者80例,除给予常规治疗外,均给予参芎葡萄糖注射液100 mL,日一次静点,2周为一疗程。分别测定应用参芎葡萄糖治疗前、后患者的血压、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(UA)、血红蛋白(Hb)、24 d尿蛋白定量的变化。糖尿病肾病患者加测治疗前、后的空腹血糖及餐后2 d血糖。结果应用参芎葡萄糖治疗1个疗程后,患者的血压、血BUN、SCr、UA、24 d尿蛋白定量均显著下降(P<0.05),糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后血糖无明显变化。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液可以改善慢性肾脏病患者的肾功能,减少尿蛋白排出,从而延缓慢性肾脏病的进展,对肾性高血压有明显治疗效果,对血糖影响不大。

【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effects of Shenxiong glucose injection in the patients with chronic kidney diseases.【Methods】Eighty patients with chronic kidney disease were given intravenous glucose injection 100 mL,qd,for 2 weeks,except normal injection.Before and after Shenxiong inlection treatment,hypertension,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,Serum creatinine（Scr）,Serum uric acid（UA）,hemoglobin（Hb）,24 h urinary protein were measured and compared.【Resluts】After l course of Shenxiong treatment,the serum BP,BUN,Cr,UA,24 h urinary protein was inereased（P＆lt; 0.05）,The difference was statistically significant.【Conclusion】Shenxiong injection can impmve the kidney function,lower urine protein,which may effectively slow down the progress of chronic kidney disease and improve the life quality.especially renal hypertension treatment effect,little effect on blood glucose.
