100株表皮葡萄球菌的耐药性分析

摘要 目的研究医院内表皮葡萄球菌的耐药性,为临床合理、有效的使用抗生素提供依据。方法对我院2009年4月-2012年4月分离出的100株表皮黄色葡萄球菌进行耐药性分析。结果近3年来,表皮葡萄球菌的耐药率呈现越来越高的趋势,100株表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素G、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星的耐药率都在80%以上,但未发现对万古霉素和替考拉宁耐药。结论表皮葡萄球菌分布广泛,耐药情况日趋严重,临床应根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素。
