子宫内膜异位症手术后复发机制及相关因素的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 目的近年研究结果显示子宫内膜异位症手术治疗后复发率较高,其复发的机制与经血逆流与在位内膜、免疫因素、内分泌等有关;同时调查研究表明年龄、术前治疗、病变程度及范围、手术是否彻底性等临床因素与与其复发相关。
