摘要
研究了奥氏体化温度和中温等温时间对 Cr7Mo3V2Si 钢经中温转变后的硬度和组织的影响.结果表明,随奥氏体化温度升高,钢的硬度不断增加,下贝氏体晶粒急剧长大,随中温等温时间的延长,下贝氏体量增多,钢的硬度下降,超细化多要强韧化热处坤使 Cr7Mo3V2Si 钢的冲击韧性显著升高,使 Cr7Mo3V2Si 钢制 M12六角螺母冲头的使用寿命超过1万件.
Studies the influence of austenitizing temperature and holding time at middle tamperature on the hardness and structure of steel Cr7Mo3V2Si after middle temperature transformation.The results show that the hardness of steel increases and the grains of low bainite greatly grow with increasing the austenitizing tempera- ture.The amount of low bainite increases and the hardness of steel decreases with increasing the holding time at middle temperature.Ultra-fined multi-phase strengthening and toughening heat treatment can greatly increase the impact toughness of steel Cr7Mo3V2Si.The service life of piercing punch made of steel Cr7Mo3V2Si after ul- tra-fined muliti-phase strengthening and toughening heat treatment for hexagonal nut has exceeded ten thousand pieces.
