摘要
目的:分析人血清丙种球蛋白在武汉地区的使用情况和趋势。方法:对2008-2011年武汉地区23家医院人血清丙种球蛋白用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、药品日均费用(DDC)及销售厂家等进行统计分析。结果:2008-2011年人血清丙种球蛋白在武汉地区的应用呈稳定增长趋势,静脉注射制剂呈现压倒性优势,肌内注射制剂逐渐退出武汉市场,不同的生产企业所占的市场份额存在较大的差距。结论:随着人血清丙种球蛋白临床适应证的不断扩大,静脉用人血清丙种球蛋白在武汉地区的销售呈增长趋势,应加强对其使用合理性的监控,以免形成滥用。
Objective： To analyze Human Immunoglobulin usage and trends in Wuhan. Method： Statistical analysis of Human Immunoglobulin amount of medication, DDDs, DDC and manufacturers was performed in 23 hospitals in Wuhan during 2008-2011. Results： Human Immunoglobulin showed a steady growth in application; intravenous formulations showed an overwhelming majority; intramuscular injection formulations gradually withdraw from the market of Wuhan. There is a big gap between different manufacturers markets share in Wuhan during 2008-2011. Conclusion： With human serum gamma globulin clinical indications continue to expand, its efficacy advantage appeared, and intravenous human serum gamma globulin in Wuhan sales showed a growth trend.
