Advances in studies on intestinal absorption of Traditional Chinese Medicine

本文对今年来国内外研究中药肠吸收的文献进行了检索和分析,介绍了目前常用的研究中药肠吸收的方法和模型,并对中药有效单体成分的肠吸收、中药单味药和复方的肠吸收以及影响中药肠吸收的因素进行了综述,在此基础上介绍了促进中药肠吸收的策略。旨在为提高中药的口服生物利用度、改进中药剂型、发现中药新药和临床合理使用中药提供参考。

This review analyzed domestic and foreign literatures on intestinal absorption, introduced the current methods and models commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine researches focused on intestinal absorption, and their efficacy and impact on monomer components intestinal absorption of single herbs and compound Chinese medicine, in order to promote the efficacy of intestinal absorption of traditional Chinese medicine, provide a reference for improving the oral bioavailability of Chinese medicine, improve Chinese medicine formulations, new Chinese medicine and clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.
