专科临床药师结合临床治疗原则,分析、调整药物治疗方案,为1例帕金森病合并巨幼红细胞性贫血患者制定个体化用药计划并实施全程药学监护,优化药物治疗方案,有效开展药学监护,从而提高了药物治疗的安全性和有效性。
This manuscript formulated and implemented the individualized pharmaceutical care for a patient with Parkinson＇s disease and megaloblastic anemia according to principles of treatment, to optimize the goal of drugs for treatment, thereby improving security and effectiveness of drug treatment.
