Investigation into the Present Opening Condition of Middle and Primary School Sports Ground Facilities in Guilin

对桂林市21所中小学体育场地设施开放现状调查分析得出结论:桂林市中小学体育场地设施开放情况不尽如人意,对周边社区居民的开放几乎是一个空白。造成此现状的原因有管理问题、观念意识问题、经费问题、场地设施维修问题等。为此,提出提高学校体育场地设施利用率,向社会开放的相应对策和建议。

By investigating the present condition of sports ground opening of 21 middle and primary schools in the city of Guilin, they draw the conclusion that the opening condition of school sports ground in GuiIin, especially its opening to the community residents around, is not satisfying. The reasons for this situation are management issues, the concept and consciousness, the problem of funding and facilities maintenance. They suggest that the utilization of school sports ground and facilities should be improved and they should be open to the public.
