霉菌、幽门螺杆菌及双菌种感染在胃溃疡、胃癌中检出的意义(英文) 被引量:6

摘要 探讨霉菌、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)单菌种感染和霉菌、Hp(双菌种)同时感染在胃癌及胃溃疡中的组织病理学变化、发病情况及意义。采用常规石蜡切片,HE染色和PAS、Giemsa特殊染色、免疫组织化学染色及PCR方法,对223例慢性浅表性胃炎、111例慢性萎缩性胃炎、116例胃溃疡、121例胃癌纤维胃镜活检标本进行回顾性研究。结果显示,慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎未检出双菌种感染。胃溃疡双菌种感染11例,检出率9.5%;胃癌双菌种感染21例,检出率17.4%。双菌种感染在胃癌及胃溃疡中的发现,表明双菌种感染可能是导致胃溃疡、胃癌发生的又一致病因素。 Histopathological changes, incidence and significance of single and combined infections with mould and/or Helicobacter pylori (Hp) (dual-species) in patients with gastric cancer and peptic ulcer were investigated with routine paraffin sections, Hematoxylin-Eosin(HE) staining, and special staining of Periodic acid schiff(PAS) and Giemsa, immunohistochemical staining, and PCR methods. The study was carried out retrospectively on 223 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 111 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 116 cases of gastric ulcer, and 121 cases of gastric canc- er. The results showed that no dual-species infection was detected in chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis. 11 cases were inspected with dual-species infection in gastric ulcer at detection rate of 9.5%. 21 cases of gastric cancer were detected with dual-species infection at the rate of 17.4%. Therefore, the discovery of dual-species infection in gastric cancer and gastric ulcer indicated that dual-species infection was another pathogenic factor that pos-sibly causes the incidence of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.
