对当前H7N9流感疫情的五运六气分析

Analysis of Five Movements and Six Climates on Present H7N9 Flu Epidemic Situation

[目的]分析当前H7N9流感疫情的五运六气。[方法]从中医五运六气的角度通过病因病机、治法治则、发展预测等方面分析新近发生的H7N9流感疫情。[结果]当前H7N9流感疫情为由运气失常引起;此次疫情不致发展成大疫情,但四之气后需警惕其他疫病发生;初起症轻者可用小柴胡汤治疗,高热无汗头痛身痛者可用大青龙汤,恶寒明显且脉偏沉细者可加附子,但热不寒者可按春温论治。[结论]运气失常是发生H7N9流感疫情的原因,加强中医运气学说研究具有重要意义,当前应尽快让中医加入到对H7N9流感的防治中去。

[Objective] To analyse the five movements and six climates of H7N9 flu epidemic situation. [Method] The newly attacked H7N9 flu was anal- ysed from TCM five movements and six climates in such aspects as causa morbi, treatment method and rules, development and forecasting. [Result] The present H7N9 flu is induced by abnormal movements and climates; it will not develop into big epidemic disease, but we shall watch out for other pestilences attack; the early hyperpyrexia and adiapneustia, headache and body pain can use Daqinglong Decoction, add monkshood for obvious aversion to cold, with thin and sinking pulse; use Xiaoqinglong Decoction for sparse and white much sputum, but treat as Spring febrile disease for the fever without cold.[Conclusion] Abnormal movements and climates is the reason of the HTN9 flu, TCM shall as soon as possible join the prevention and treatment of H7N9 flu.
