胃腔内缝合止血在胃肠器械吻合中的显效观察(附60对比报告) 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究胃肠经器械吻合后通过加固缝合对降低术后吻合口出血的作用。[方法]回顾胃肠器械吻合手术患者60例,随机分为实验组(器械吻合后行手工加固缝合)40例、对照组(未行加固缝合)20例,对比研究两组术后24h胃肠减压管引流量、术后胃管咖啡色液体消失时间、术后吻合口大出血发生率等术后恢复指标。[结果]实验组在术后24h胃肠减压管引流量、术后胃管咖啡色液体消失时间术后恢复指标上明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在术后吻合口大出血发生率的术后恢复指标上于对照组比较(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。[结论]胃肠器械吻合后吻合口加固缝合,可明显减少、减轻术后吻合口出血。 [Objective] To study the efficacy of gastrointestinal instruments anastomosis by reinforced suture on reducing post-operation anastomotic stoma bleeding. ]Method] Trace back 60 cases of gastrointestinal instruments anastomosis, randomly divide them into experimental group 40 cases(instruments anastomosis and manual reinforced suture) and control group 20 cases(without reinforced suture), comparatively study both 24h gastrointestinal decompression drainage, post-operation stomach tube coffee fluid disappearance time, anastomotic stoma bleeding rate and other post-operation recovery indexes. [Result] All indexes were markedly better in treatment group than control one, with statistical meaning. [Conclusion] Gastrointestinal instruments anastomosis reinforced suture can much reduce post-operation anastmnotic stoma bleeding.
