[目的]总结傅萍教授治疗输卵管性不孕的中医药疗法和临床经验。[方法]分别从病因病机、治疗方法、典型案例等方面论述了傅萍教授治疗输卵管性不孕的中医药疗法和临床经验。[结果]本病病机以"血瘀"为标,"肾虚"为本,根据以上病机,傅萍教授以活血通络治其标,温肾促孕顾其本,并强调"求子之道,调经为先"及"衷中参西,唯效是求"。[结论]傅萍教授诊疗输卵管性不孕的经验临床行之有效,深得患者信任和好评,具有推广应用价值。

[Objective] To sum up pro. Fu Ping＇s TCM therapy and clinical experience on tubal infertility. [Method] It expounds her TCM therapy and clinical experience of tubal infertility from cansa morbi and mechanism, treatment and classical cases. [Result] The disease has ＂blood stasis＂ as superficial and ＂deficient kidney＂ as essence on mechanism, therefore, she takes activating blood to stretch channel for the superficial, warming kidney for pregnancy to care the essence, and pays attention to regulating menstruation for pregnancy and combining TCM with WM for efficacy. [Conclusion] Pro. Fu Ping has effective methods for tubal infertility, deeply trusted and praised by patients, with promotion value.
