和胃降逆汤治疗妊娠恶阻临床观察

Hewei Jiangni Decoction Treat Pernicious Vomitting

[目的]观察自拟和胃降逆汤治疗妊娠恶阻的疗效。[方法]对2008年7月至2012年7月就诊于我院的400例妊娠恶阻患者分成治疗组和对照组两组各200例,治疗组给于自拟和胃降逆汤治疗,对照组给予西药补液支持治疗。观察治疗2个疗程后两组的中医证候改善及尿酮体情况。[结果]自拟和胃降逆汤治疗妊娠恶阻患者总有效率为94.5%;在改善中医证候及尿酮体方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]自拟和胃降逆汤治疗妊娠恶阻疗效确切。

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of self-made Hewei Jiangni Decoction on pernicious vomitting. [Method] Randomly divide 400 cases in- to treatment group and control group, n =200 for both; the treatment one treated with self-made Hcwei Jiangni Decoction, the other one given with western medicine fluid infusion. After 2 courses, observe their TCM signs improvement and urine acetone bodies. [Result] The total effective rate was 94.5% for the treatment group, the reheve of TCM signs and urine acetone bodies was better than control group, P〈0.01 with statistical analysis. [Conclusion] Self-made Hewei Jiangni Decoction has definite cure effect on pernicious vomitting.
