Advances in Application of Protein Expression of Detection Technology in Researching for the Mechanisms of Liver Injury

[目的]综述蛋白表达检测技术在中药肝损伤机制研究中的应用,以期加强对药物性肝损伤机制进一步认识。[方法]查阅近年来相关文献,并进行分析和总结。[结果]免疫组化技术在肝损伤机制的研究中作为定性指标;蛋白印迹技术能够最有效地分析目的蛋白的表达;蛋白组学技术通过比较药物作用前后蛋白表达谱的变化,为阐明药物性肝损伤的作用机制提供了新的思路。[结论]更灵敏、特异的检测方法还需进一步探寻,以更加深入了解肝损伤机制,减少药物性肝损伤的发生。

[Objective] This paper reviewed the application of protein expression of detection technology in researching for the mechanisms of fiver injury. The research aims to enhance recognition of liver injury caused by Chinese herbal medicine. [Methods] We have summed up and analyzed many hteratures in recent years. [Results] Immunohistochemical techniques are appfied in the study of the mechanism of liver injury as a qualitative indicator. Western blotting technology can most effectively analyze the expression of proteins, proteomics provide new clue for elucidating the mechanism of drug-induced liver damage by comparing the change of the protein expression before and after drug action. [Conclusion] We also need to find more sensitive and specific detection methods.So we can learn more about the mechanisms of liver injury, reduce the incidence of drug-induced liver injury.
