摘要
我国现行政府统计体制的基本框架是为适应传统计划管理的需要而建立的 ,在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,它的弊端越来越明显。改革的基本思路应该是实行“政企分开”,这在当前不仅是必要的 。
The basic frame of our current government statistical system is formed to meet the needs of the traditional planned management. Its disadvantages are gradually exposed under the condition of the socialist market economy. The basic thought of reforming it is 'separationg enterprise from government'. It is not only reassure, but also feasible under the current situation.
