As the life guider of the medical students, we should effectively implement the moral education on the ground as soon as possible in terms of strengthening all aspects of life, work, scholarship, outlook on life, and world outlook and values education of medical students, in order to help them to establish a proper goal in life and to develop good habits. This paper aims to discover the details of the moral education work on how to implement the moral guiding ideology and philosophy, how close connection with the management of the moral education and medical students to improve the effectiveness of moral education and help the management of the medical students.
