摘要
目的研究分析医学院校高职教育医学生需要的现状,促进教育工作者更深入地开展激励式教育,促使医学生形成合理并不断完善的需要结构,使之适应自身和社会的发展需要。方法采用大学生需要理论调查问卷,对沈阳医学院应用技术学院2007级和2008级5个专业的1705名医学生进行测试。结果高职教育医学生需要结构总体积极健康,存在一定模式,但其需要层次在年级、性别和专业上具有一定差异。结论医学院校应该基于学生的需要状况以及个体差别实施教育,以提高教育的科学性和针对性。
Objective By analyzing the current condition of needs of students in medical vocational school, this essays aims to offer guidance for educators to carry out, to a deeper extent, the inspiring education on the foundation of which college students could form an reasonable and constantly perfected need structure so that they can better adapt to the requirements of self-improvement and social de- velopment. Methods 1 705 students of 5 different majors in Grade 2007 and 2008 of Shenyang Medical College have taken the TGO survey papers to identify the need structure of college students. Results The need structure of medical vocational students is health in general and a certain pattern of needs can be rec- ognized. Also, there are some kinds of difference in the level of need based on grade, gender and major. Conclusions Medical college should educate students in accordance with the variety of need condition and the diversity in individual character.
