摘要
本文介绍了美国内布拉斯加大学医学中心的一堂临床技能培训课,这堂课充分展示了美国临床医学教育以能力培养为导向、以学生为中心、重视多学科协作等特点,对我国医学教育如何合理配置和充分利用模拟教学资源,改变陈旧教学思维,培养全面适应社会需求的医学人才具有重要启示。
A clinical training class at the simulation center in a US medical school showcases a marvelous way of teaching, which is students' centered, cross-disciplinary and aims at competency building. It sheds light on how we should develop and effectively use the simulation centers in China and adopt a more flexible and student-centered way of teaching so as to develop their multifarious competencies instead of rigidly honing their clinical skills.
