美国医学博士研究生培养模式的特点及其启示

Characteristics and enlightenments of doctoral education of medical PhD in the USA.

本研究采用文献资料与访谈相结合的方法对美国医学博士（PhD）培养模式进行研究，认为其具有以下特点：①培养目标以独立研究能力和创新能力为核心，清晰而具体；②培养过程突出课程学习；③质量控制全程化。这些特点对于提高我国医学博士研究生的培养质量，可以有所借鉴。

The study combined the literature material with interviewing to research the medical doctor （PhD） education mode and arrived at the conclusion that it has the following characteristics ： ① the core of objectives is the cultivation of independent research and innovation capability; ②the highlight of the process is courses study; ③ the quality control through the whole process. These features are of great reference value to the doctoral education in China.
