基质金属蛋白酶-7表达与胃癌淋巴结微转移的关系

The correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 and the lymph node micro- metastases in gastric carcinoma

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）与胃癌淋巴结微转移的关系。方法对45例胃癌共920枚淋巴结采用CK-20mRNA逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）技术扩增检测微转移，同时采用免疫组织化学染色法（Maxvision法）检测该45例胃癌组织中MMP．7的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中MMP-7阳性表达率为71．1％（32／45），其中16例89枚淋巴结检出微转移；检测出淋巴结微转移的癌组织中MMP-7的阳性表达率为93．75％（15／16），高于未检测出淋巴结微转移的癌组织的58．6％（17／29）（P〈0．05）。结论MMP-7蛋白可能参与淋巴结微转移的发生。

Objective WTBZTo examine the correlation between the expression of matrix metal- loproteinase-7 （MMP-7） and the lymph node micrometastases in gastric carcinoma. Methods The 920 lymph nodes from 45 patients with gastric carcinoma were studied using the RT-PCR assay with Cytokera- tin-20 gene marker. The MMP-7 expression in cancer tissues was examined by immunochemical technique （ Maxvision method）. Results The MMP-7 positive rate in gastric cancer was 71.1% （32/45） and lymph node micrometastases were found in 89 nodes（ 16 cases）. The MMP-7 positive rate in the tissues with lymph node micrometastases was 93.75% （ 15/16 ）, significantly higher than that in the tissues without lymph node micrometastases, which was 58.6% （17/29）. Conclusion The positive expression of MMP-7 may contribute to lymph node micrometastases.
