摘要
介绍了一种军用混合动力车的整车设计方案。它采用了混合电能驱动系统、电动系统自动变速器、智能型充电及电池平衡系统、整车控制系统、混合动力制动系统、混合动力转向系统,万向传动离合装置等关键技术,实现了三种驱动模式,可为军用车辆带来多方面的收益,如提高燃油经济性、车辆加速和爬坡能力、使车辆具有高可靠性和可维护性、减少排放及具有小型移动电站的功能等,尤其是纯电动模式下静默行驶的隐蔽性增强了军用车辆的反侦察能力。
A project of hybrid electric vehicle for army is put forward in this thesis, which key technologies include hybrid eletrieity drive system,automated mechanical transmission,auto charge and power distribution, vehicle control system ,braking system,steering system, drive clutch and so on. This vehicle have three drive modes, and this key technologies improve the fuel economy, acceleration capacity, clam gradient, reliability, maintainability, emission behavior and the supply of electricity .Especially, when the vehicle is powered by electricity, the quietness improve the coun capacxty
