摘要
针对中国目前工程项目管理软件的开发现状与行业需求,开发一种以数据分析为主,以"项目诊断、质量监控、预警处理"为辅的大型集成化建设工程项目管理平台.从管理工具入手,将工程项目管理理论、集成化思想以及信息化技术相融合,构建目标管理平台的系统框架;再利用计算机编程技术(VS 2005开发工具和C#编程语言)和数据库存储技术(SQL Server 2005),进行基于C/S模式工程项目管理平台的开发.研究结果表明:目标平台的应用着实在信息沟通与处理方面起到了一定的助导作用;此外,项目诊断、质量监控以及预警处理等功能模块还会分别给出各自的量化分析结果,为管理者解决问题提供客观的决策依据,切实保证了评价的科学性与信息的时效性.
Aiming to the development and requirement of current construction project management system in China,a large-scale integrated project management program based on database analysis,health diagnosis,quality supervision and early-warning disposition has been developed in this study.Using management tools,this study integrates project management theory,integration idea and information technology to build a well-defined construction project management structure.Subsequently,using programming technologies(Visual Studio 2005 and C#) and database technology(SQL Server 2005),the proposed C/S-based management platform has been implemented.The test result indicates that the system works very well in dealing with information communication and processing.Moreover,its functional models,such as health diagnosis,quality supervision and early-warning disposition,can also give quantitative analysis results respectively,provide managers with objective project decisions,which have made a great contribution to the scientific evaluation and the efficiency of information.
