摘要 在对旋挖钻机提钻工况下进行受力分析的基础上,建立了力学模型。用大型有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对转台结构进行静力学分析,揭示回转平台在最大和最小变幅距离提钻工况下的最大变形值、最大应力值、危险截面区域以及变形和应力的分布情况,通过分析转台的应力分布状态,找出该结构在强度和刚度设计上的薄弱环节和富余部位,为进一步优化转台结构、改进转台设计提供理论依据。 Based on the mechanics analysis of a rotary drilling rig under drilling-bucket-lifting conditions, a mathematics model was established. The rotating platform was analyzed in statics by using finite element analyses software ANSYS Workbench. Revealing the maximum deformation value, the maximum stress value, the risk regional as well as the deformation and stress distribution condition of the rotating platform under the greatest and the least range drilling-bucket-lifting conditions. In addition, through analyzing the stress distribution of the rotating platform we also found out the weak and excessive areas on the strength of rotating platform, that could provide theoretic supports for the further optimization and improving of structure.
