摘要
利用ADAMS软件建立SCG150搓管机的虚拟样机来分析其动力学特性,并对两种典型工况进行了动力学仿真计算。结果表明,各机构运动过程无干涉,机构运动轨迹符合要求,同时得到了运动副上的载荷变化曲线和接触力变化曲线等参数曲线,为以后进行搓管机有限元分析提供参考。
The virtual model of SCG150 casing oscillator was built by ADAMS to analyze the dynamics characteristics, and simulations of two typical working conditions were carried out. The results indicate that there is no interference among mechanisms during the movement, and the track meets the requirement. The curves of load changes and contact force changes of kinematic pairs were obtained, which could be referred to when conducting finite element analysis on casing oscillators.
