摘要
摩擦材料企业在生产中所产生的磨削粉、钻削粉等废料,数量较大一般是产量的10%,它的再利用已成为需要解决的问题[1-2]。本文通过对磨削粉的特性分析和以磨削粉作为摩擦材料组分的实验研究,实验证明磨削粉经过粉碎筛选等处理加工后,按新设计的材料生产配方以质量比在12%以内直接添加可以制造出合格的摩擦片。能够使摩擦材料企业废料综合利用,减少企业废料排放保护环境。
Crinding powder is the waste of friction materials factories, and it accounts for the 10% of the factories'total output. As a result , the reusing of grinding powder is a top problem now. With the study of its property , role in experiments as part of friction materials, and new procedure which entails enhanced formulation used at 12% by mass ratio during an friction plate producing, this essay has drawn an conclusion that grinding powder can be perfectly used in a productive way making friction plate. With this discovery, the factories can make perfect use of their waste production and lead to a better environment.
