摘要
本研究首次建立了三氟甲基磺酸试剂中微量杂质阴离子的抑制电导离子色谱检测方法。研究中考察了样品预处理方法、样品浓度及色谱柱温度等因素对实验结果和各离子色谱分离效果的影响。在此基础上通过优化色谱条件,成功的克服了高CF3SO3-离子背景对样品中SO24-离子信号的干扰,利用外标法测定了三氟甲基磺酸试剂中F-、Cl-和SO24-离子浓度。该方法简单、准确、可靠,具有较好的工业检测实用性。
A method was developed for detecting traces of inorganic anions in the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid agent by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection. In this research, the influence of the pretreatment, the concentration of sample and column temperature to the experimental results and separation effect has been discussed. Based on the optimal ion chromatography, this study overcame the detection interference of SO^2- anion from high CF3 SO3- anion background, and detected the traces of F-, CI- and SO4^2-anions by external reference method. The simplicity, accuracy and robustness of this method would make it a good applied perspective.
