摘要
结合京福铁路古田溪特大桥7号墩钻孔灌注桩基础施工,介绍了采用钢护筒作支撑桩、沉放单壁钢围堰并灌筑水下混凝土固定钢护筒以构建桩基施工平台的关键设计方法和施工技术,解决了在深水和倾斜、裸露、坚硬岩石河床的特殊条件下,钢护筒无法打入河床形成稳固桩基施工平台的施工难题,可为类似工程的施工提供借鉴。
Combined with the Beijing-Fuzhou Railway Gutianxi Bridge No. 7 pier bored pile foundation construction, this paper introduces the key design method and construction technology for pile foundation construction platform, including u- sing steel protective canister for supporting pile, sinking steel cofferdam and pouring underwater concrete for fixing steel protective canister. The problem that the steel protective canister can' t be driven into bed to form stable pile foundation platform under deep water and inclined uncovered hard rock is solved. The conclusion can serve as reference for construc- tion of similar projects.
