Innovation ideas on resource, ecology and information and its practice——General report on the second China paper machinery development forum

造纸及其装备行业，面对造纸资源短缺的时代、生态文明建设的时代和大数据信息化的时代，正进人战略转型期。继2010年10月18日召开“首届中国造纸装备发展论坛”后，中国轻工机械机会、中国造纸协会、中国造纸学会、全国工商联纸业商会、中国轻工集团公司、中国轻工业信息中心、中国轻工企业投资发展协会再次联合主办，于2013年4月26日在山东高唐泉林大酒店举行了“第二届中国造纸装备发展论坛”，山东泉林纸业有限责任公司承办了此次论坛。

Facing with the ages of resources shortage, ecological civilization construction and big data information era, China paper and its equipment industries are stepping into the stage of strategy transition. After the first China paper machinery development forum was held on Oct. 18, 2010, China Light Industry Machinery Association, China Paper Association, China Technical Association of Paper Industry, National Federation of Industry and Paper industry Chamber of Commerce, China Light Industry Group Co., Ltd., China Light Industry Information Center and China Association of Light Industry Enterprise Investment Development cooperated once more to sponsor the second China paper machinery development forum on April 26, 2013, which was held in Tranlin Hotel, Gaotang, Shandong province. The main scheme of the second forum is innovation ideas on resource, ecology and information and its practice. The experts, entrepreneurs from paper and equipment industry and more than 200 delegates together discussed the strategies on how to adapt the transition requirement of paper industry, strengthen the ability of self innovation to make China paper machinery industry be the top of the world, furthermore, the measures and practices were also put forward on the forum.
