Qian Guijing, the president of China Paper Association thinks that the requirements of paper industry in strategy transition stage to paper machinery industry can be summarized as below. First, the research, manufacture and service of paper equipment should adapt to requirement of the large scale, high speed, automation, green and high reliability; second, the equipments that can improve the value of paper process, save energy and reduce discharge are needed; third, with the base of achieving high reliability of paper equipment, the high cost-effective equipment to reduce the investment of paper industry is urgent needed; fourth, the combination of production, study, research and practice should be pushed, and the cooperation between machinery industry and paper enterprises should be fastened. Qian Guijing regards that in order to improve the strategy transition of paper equipment and paper industry, paper machinery industry should clasp development chance to make China paper machinery industry edge into top rank of the world.
