通过实验室及现场探索与研究,优化了D36-Z35钢板的热处理工艺,实现了良好的拉伸性能、冲击韧性和抗层状撕裂性能,奠定了海上采油平台用100 mm厚D36-Z35钢板热处理工艺的基础。
Through study at laboratory and plant site , the heat treatment process of D36 - 7-35 steel plate has been optimized, good tensile properties, impact toughness and lameUar tearing resistance have been achieved, which are the basis of the heat treatment process of 100 mm thickness D36 - Z35 steel plate for offshore platform.
