摘要
根据安钢炉卷轧机生产线控制冷却系统的生产实践,简要分析了影响高性能桥梁钢控冷板型的因素,结合理论研究和当前工艺需要,通过对控制冷却系统进行设备改造,大幅度提高了桥梁钢板性能合格率,取得了良好效果。
The article briefly analyzes factors influencing flatness of bridge steel plate after controlled cooling on the basis of theoretical research and current process demand. The flatness and properties qualification rate of bridge plate have been significantly improved after the revamp on controlled cooling system.
