Analysis of multi-source heterogeneous data and information integration for the ocean observation forecasting operation

海洋观测预报数据信息是地方经济建设和社会发展重要基础数据之一,由于其数据源与信息源分布于多个不同网络中,且存储与展示形式各异,一直难以被统一集成和很好地应用。从分析海洋观测预报业务数据源与信息源入手,应用目前成熟的网络技术和数据库技术,对海洋观测预报数据信息集成中的若干问题进行深入研究,从而提出并实践了从网络集成、数据集成、知识集成到应用集成的一整套海洋观测预报数据集成的技术框架和方法体系,继而开展基于多源异构数据与信息集成的海洋观测预报服务系统研究,为海洋观测预报数据信息集成的实践过程提供方法支持。

The ocean observation forecast information is one of the most important data of local economic construction and social development. Because of the data source and information source is distributed in multiple different networks, and the storage and display are various, it is difficult for the unified integration and effective usage. This paper began with the analysis of ocean observation forecasting data source and information source, based on the mature network technology and database technology, to lucubrate several problems of ocean observation forecasting data integration. Thus a complete set of technical framework and method system of ocean observation forecasting data integration has been proposed and practiced, including network integration, data integration, knowledge integration to application integration, and then a study on ocean observation forecast service system has been carried out based on the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data and information, and these all provided methodological support for the practical process of ocean observation forecasting data integration.
