摘要
研究利用新型复合菌种制备发酵床进行生长猪饲养试验,探讨不同菌种发酵床对生长猪饲料中氮及氨基酸消化利用的影响。试验选择60头体重20kg左右杜×长×大杂交猪,分为3个不同来源菌种发酵床饲养组(JDM、SHC、GLD)和1个对照组(CON),饲养期为30d。研究结果表明,JDM、SHC及GLD试验组间饲料中氮及氨基酸的表观消化率没有显著差异(P>0.05),但JDM试验组中氮表观消化率及多种氨基酸表观消化率均有提高的趋势。与对照组相比较,JDM试验组中Ser(84.3%)、Gly(75.6%)、Lys(85.4%)、Phe(85.6%)的表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05),分别提高6.2、4.9、5.9、6.8个百分点;GLD试验组Met(69.9%)、Try(81.4%)表观消化率最高,显著高于对照组(62.3%、73.1%)(P<0.05)。结果提示,发酵床饲养生长猪有利于提高饲料中氨基酸的消化率,发酵床生态养猪菌种的组成对饲料中各种氨基酸消化率测值都有不可忽视的影响,从氨基酸的利用率来看,复合菌种的应用效果要好于单一菌种。
In order to study the effects of the pads fermented with different combined probiotics on the digestibility of amino acid and nitrogen in pigs, the feeding experiments in the deepditter production systems were conducted using 60 hybrid pigs (Duroc× Landraee ×Yorkshire) with weight around 20 kg. The experimental animals were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups (JDM,SHC,GLD) based on the different compound probiotics used in the pads and one control group (CON). The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showed that the content of nitrogen and apparent digestibility of amino acids among 3 experimental groups was not significant different (P^0. 05). However, the apparent digesnblhty o{ nitrogen and multi-amino acids in ]DM group showed the tendency of increasing. Compared with CON, the apparent digestibility of Ser (84. 3%), Gly (75. 6%), Lys (85. 4%), Phe (85. 6%) increased significantly in JDM group (P (0. 05) and the increased percentage were 6. 2, 4. 9, 5. 9 and 6. 8, respectively. The apparent digestibility of Met (69.9%) ,Try (81.4%) in GLD group was the highest and significantly higher than that of CON group (62. 3% and 73. 1% for Met and Try, respectively) (P( 0.05). The results indicated that the deep-litter production systems were useful to increase digestibility of amino acid of diets in pigs of growing stage. The effect of probiotics type in the deep-litter production systems on the digestibility of amino acids in diets can not be neglected. In addition, the effects of compound probiotics were better than that of single probiotics in improving the digestibility of amino acids in pigs.
