摘要 土壤重金属污染来源广泛、危害严重,已经成为环境污染防治中的热点与难点问题。近年来,植物修复技术因其经济、高效而在土壤重金属污染修复领域得到关注,但受土壤中重金属生物有效性的影响,在很大程度上限制了该技术的应用,螯合诱导植物修复技术应运而生。本文在回顾螯合诱导植物修复技术发展概况的基础上,重点综述了EDTA、EDDS、NTA等多羧基氨基酸及其衍生物类螯合剂(aminopolycarboxylic chelating agents,APCAs)在重金属污染土壤修复中的应用进展,系统探讨了使用螯合剂可能带来的环境风险。最后,作者对重金属污染土壤螯合诱导植物修复技术领域进行了展望,并提出了一些相关研究建议。 Due to multiple sources and serious hazard, heavy metal contamination of soil has become a hot and difficult issue in the area of environmental protection and pollution control. In recent years, phytoremediation has been given more and more attention for its cost-effectiveness and high efficiency for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils. However, application of this technology was limited for low bioavailability of heavy metals in soils. Thus, chelate-induced phytoremediation was investigated. Based on a literature study on recent development of chelate-induced phytoremediation, the applications of amino polycarboxylic chelating agents (APCAs, such as EDTA, EDDS, NTA) in phytoremediation for heavy metal contaminated soils were reviewed, and possibly associated environment risks for use of chelating agents were figured out. The article finally made a forecast to the application of chelate-induced phytoremediation and put forward some useful suggestions for further research in this field.
